Brown Ramen Tappen Noodles (1 Kg)

These are really solid noodles. The texture is spot on – firm and chewy. I took one star off because the ‘brown’ flavor is very subtle, almost bland on its own, so they absolutely need a strong sauce or broth. But for the price and quantity, they are a great base.
