Egg Noodles (1 Kg)

A solid choice for everyday cooking. The noodles have a lovely rich yellow color and a distinct eggy flavour. They work wonderfully in stir-fries. I found them a touch thicker than expected, which is great for heavy sauces, but they dominated a lighter chicken broth dish slightly. Good purchase overall.
